How does starting free work?
You get the full Welcome plan, with nothing held back, running on your real website. It stays free as long as your agent is under 50 messages a month. The only difference between free and paid is message volume.
What happens at message 50?
You move to Welcome at $39/mo with 700 messages a month. We'll email you when you reach 40 messages, before anything changes, so you're never surprised.
Why do you need my card?
So you move to Welcome automatically when you reach 50 messages, instead of your chat pausing. You won't be charged until then, and we'll email you first.
Can I stay free?
Yes. If you stay under 50 messages a month, you never pay, for as long as you use Kinvia.
What if I have a slow month after I start paying?
You stay on Welcome. That keeps your billing simple and predictable.
What counts as a message?
One message is one AI reply, always. There are no model multipliers, and adding or refreshing your content never uses messages.
What counts as a source?
One web page, one document, or up to 60 minutes of audio or video.
What happens if we need more messages on a paid plan?
You get an email at 80% and again at 95%. You can opt in to extra replies at $0.03 each, or move up a plan. If you don't, chat pauses until your next billing month.
What is a playbook?
A playbook is a job Kinvia can do. It recognizes what someone is trying to do, like plan a visit, give, apply, or order in bulk, and puts the right next step in front of them.
Is crisis care really included?
Yes. Crisis care is on in every plan, even before you pay a dollar.
